TempMail Pro provides a free, temporary disposable email address service. The Service allows users to:

• Generate temporary email addresses at no cost
• Receive emails to those temporary addresses
• Read received messages via our web interface

The Service does not support sending emails. All temporary email addresses automatically expire after a set period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TempMail Pro only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use this service to:

• Send, receive, or facilitate spam or unsolicited messages
• Engage in fraud, phishing, or identity theft
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Circumvent account bans or abuse prevention systems maliciously
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful content
• Harass, threaten, or harm individuals
• Access content or services you are not authorized to use

4. No Registration Required

The Service does not require you to create an account. However, this means there is no persistent identity tied to your temporary email, and access to old emails cannot be recovered after expiry.

5. Data and Email Content

Any emails received to your temporary address are stored temporarily and automatically deleted upon expiry. You understand that:

• Email content is temporary and not permanently stored
• We are not responsible for lost emails after expiry
• Do not use this service for important or sensitive communications
• Email content may be accessed by our systems for security scanning

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TempMail Pro (including design, text, graphics, and logos) are owned by TempMail Pro and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That all emails will be delivered to your inbox
• That the Service will meet all your requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TempMail Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any such modifications.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
